Privacy Policy

The short version

Your invoices are created and stored entirely in your browser, on your device. We operate no invoice database. There is no account system.

What we process

• Payment data: if you buy Lifetime, payment processing, receipts, and tax handling are performed by Waffo (Merchant of Record) under its own privacy policy. We receive the order id, buyer email, and payment status, used solely to issue and (in case of refund) revoke your license key. We never see card details.
• License validation: the app checks your license key against our API when you activate it and periodically afterward. This sends only the key.
• AI assist: only the text you explicitly submit is sent to an AI provider to generate line items. Nothing else about your invoice is transmitted.
• Abuse protection: API endpoints apply rate limits based on IP address; Cloudflare (our host) processes standard request logs.

What we never do

• Sell or share your data with advertisers.
• Upload your invoices, client details, or logos to any server.
• Require an account to use the core product.

Deleting your data

Invoice data: clear the site's storage in your browser, or just delete the invoices in-app (they exist only on your device). Payment records: contact Waffo per their policy; license records on our side can be deleted on request via the contact in the Terms.
